This flash application was made in Flash 8 and complied with Actionscript 2. I wanted first to just explore how to change items with combo boxes and then it turned into a little application that saves the user's version of the ride and then can be viewed again. In order to achieve this I needed to learn how to get flash to speak with a web based scripting language. In my case, PHP generates an XML file that is read from a database and then the XML file is read by Actionscript in the Flash application.

I was very happy with the final result and had plans to add more car models to it, but I lost the free time that I used to have :).
